Honor a Teacher! (or administrator, retired teacher, etc.) Does your child’s teacher go the extra mile to make the classroom a place of unsurpassed learning and fun? Do you struggle with a meaningful way to show your appreciation for all the little things your child’s teacher does on a daily basis? F or these reasons and more, the Kennett Education Foundation (KEF) has developed its Honor-a-Teacher program. This unique program lets you honor a teacher or group of teachers in the Kennett Consolidated School District. It also supports teachers financially because 100% of your Honor-a-Teacher donations fund innovative classroom programs. How Does It Work? S imply fill out the form (links at the bottom of this page), telling the Kennett Education Foundation the name of the teacher you wish to honor, the school he or she teaches at, and why you wish to honor him or her. Enclose the amount of your donation; a minimum of $5.00 per honor is requested. You may use the same form to honor an administrator, a retired teacher, etc. Once your donation is received, the KEF will send the teacher a certificate announcing that you made a donation in his or her honor. Any comments you make about the honored teacher will accompany their certificate. The teacher is not informed of the amount of your donation. Click on one of the links below to open the form in PDF format. You will need Adobe Reader, a free program, to view the form. Honor-A-Teacher Forma en Espanol
