Student Board Members
KEF’s board includes three high school student board members—a sophomore, junior, and senior. The students serve 3-year terms and are active members of the board. They are expected to attend board meetings (held once a month on Fridays at 8 a.m.), join board committees, and support board initiatives. The student members may be asked to coordinate high school student volunteers, help spread awareness for KEF grant applications to high school students and teachers, and obtain feedback from students on past and potential grants.
